How We Are Working
Evacuate quartz glass components
Quartz glass, also known as fused quartz or fused silica, is composed entirely of amorphous silica (SiO). Its high degree of purity yields superior optical and thermal properties compared to all other types of glass. Laser processing of quartz glass is achieved using either a 10.6 or 9.3 micron CO2 laser.
Marking quartz glass
Placing glass inscriptions ensures a permanent marking of the product. Such lettering is heat and acid resistant. The inscription is applied to the product by hand with a glass rod.
Construction of quartz glass apparatus and components
We are your partner from planning to design and manufacturing of quartz glass components and apparatus. We design (3D CAD SolidWorks) your solutions – single pieces or also production optimized for serial productions
